Use of Jobseed
Jobseed provides online estimate, job, invoice, project, calendar, messaging, and service-reminder tools for service companies and their customers. Client-facing pages may be used to review estimates, approve work, request changes, confirm contact preferences, view scheduled work, review invoices, and make payments when payment options are available.
Estimates, approvals, and scheduling
Estimate pricing, scope, optional items, scheduling, and payment terms are controlled by Jobseed. Approved work may still depend on site access, weather, crew availability, materials, permitting, and any additional terms shown on the estimate or service agreement.
Electronic communication
Customers may receive transactional email or SMS communication about estimates, scheduling, job updates, invoices, payment reminders, and service reminders. SMS communication requires customer consent. Customers can reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for help.
