Jobseed Notifications SMS Terms
Terms for transactional SMS messages sent by Jobseed for service businesses using Jobseed.
Program description
Jobseed sends service-related transactional SMS notifications to opted-in customers of service businesses using the Jobseed app, including estimate links, invoice links, scheduling updates, appointment reminders, payment reminders, job updates, and customer-care replies. Messages are not promotional or marketing.
Jobseed does not use this SMS program for advertising or promotional marketing. Customer phone numbers, mobile opt-in information, and SMS consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How customers opt in
Customers can opt in on this text consent page. Jobseed can link to that page from its website, estimate request flow, estimate approval flow, invoice/payment pages, emails, or support messages. The SMS checkbox is optional, unchecked by default, and includes this consent language:
I agree to receive transactional Jobseed text notifications from Jobseed about estimate links, invoice links, scheduling updates, appointment reminders, payment reminders, job updates, and customer-care replies for service businesses using Jobseed at the mobile number I provide. Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies depending on the customer's estimate, approved work, scheduling activity, billing status, and customer replies. Standard message and data rates may apply based on the customer's mobile plan and carrier.
Opt-out and help
Customers can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Customers can request help by replying HELP or by contacting support@jobseed.app or 425-443-4961.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
